PRE-ORDERING IS REQUIRED
Deadline for the 2024 fall delivery is April 30th.
Fundraising groups can sell the product anytime from April 30 until October 15, 2024. Delivery of bulbs will take place between October 30th thru November 14th.
Recommended sales dates September 1st thru October 15th.
All sales order overages must be received by October 15th, 2024.

ORDER INCREMENTS/PRICING STRUCTURE
*Minimum order is 200 bulbs

Quantity: 200, 300, 400 bulbs - 2024 Price per bulb $22.00
Sales Revenue $5.00/bulb

Quantity: 500, 600, 700 - 2024 Price per bulb $22.00
Sales Revenue $6.00/bulb
​
800 or more bulbs - 2024 Price per bulb $22.00
Sales Revenue $7.00/bulb

PAYMENT
No down payment necessary. Payment required when bulbs are delivered to your pickup point in the fall. Check or Cashier's Check will be accepted.
Recommended Sales Strategy
Example - Pre-order 1000 bulbs
1. X NUMBER OF participants each assigned X number of bulbs to sell. (Example: 50 participants each assigned 20 bulbs to sell)

2. Each participants checks in with total amount of bulbs sold to fundraising coordinator periodically in order to hit pre-ordered amount
You will be allowed a 25 bulb sales overage amount for preorder amounts under 800 bulbs.
You will be allowed a 50 bulb sales overage amount for preorder amounts over 800 bulbs.
Example: Fundraising group orders 500 bulbs and sells 534 bulbs. You will be delivered 525 bulbs and will pay for 525 bulbs.
Fundraising group orders 1000 bulbs and sells 1034 bulbs. You will be delivered 1034 bulbs and pay for 1034 bulbs

Recommended Sales Structure
1. Fundraising coordinator Pre-Orders Sales Goal by April 30th, 2024.
2. Fundraising coordinator organizes Sales Strategy and Sales Timeline.
3. Handout Sales Brochure and printable Sales Order Form per salesperson. (Available electronically)
4. Fundraising coordinator Collects and organizes sales order forms per salesperson/customer
5. Fundraising coordinator adds any overages to pre-order amounts via website by October 15th.
6. Fundraising group takes delivery of bulbs between October 30th and November 14th.
7. Sales people deliver the bulbs to their customers.
